1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "555d", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the 555d platform accessible at 555d.app and all associated services.
• "Platform" refers to the 555d website, mobile-optimised site, and all gaming, betting, and account management services offered thereon.
• "User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers, or uses the 555d platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal user account created upon successful registration with 555d.
• "Wallet" means the PKR-denominated balance held within your 555d Account.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the 555d platform – including browsing, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game – you unconditionally agree to these Terms & Conditions, the 555d Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These terms apply to all users regardless of geographic location. Where these terms conflict with any localised custom or practice, these terms shall prevail. 555d reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. 3. Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

Accounts opened by persons under 18 years of age will be immediately closed, and any funds deposited will be returned to the original payment method net of any bonuses claimed.

3.2 Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your 555d Account. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these terms and may result in account suspension or closure without prior notice.

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may operate only one registered 555d Account. Operating multiple accounts – whether under the same or different identities – is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, 555d reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any bonus balances, and return only verified deposit amounts at its sole discretion.

3.4 Jurisdiction

You represent and warrant that participation in online gaming and sports betting is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the 555d platform. Users accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk. 555d does not provide legal advice and accepts no liability for any breach of local laws by the user.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 555d login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not share it with any third party.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available to enhance account security.
• Log out of your 555d Account at the end of each session, especially on shared or public devices in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, or elsewhere.

555d will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any communication purporting to request your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

555d accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah), Visa/Mastercard, USDT TRC20, and UnionPay. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 555d reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Minimum Transactions

The minimum deposit is Rs 500. The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500. 555d reserves the right to revise these minimums at any time; current limits are displayed in the Cashier section of your account.

5.3 KYC Verification

555d is required to verify the identity of all users before processing withdrawals. KYC verification requires submission of a valid CNIC or passport. 555d may also request additional documentation, including a recent utility bill or bank statement, at its discretion. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is satisfactorily completed.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes of approval for JazzCash and Easypaisa. Bank transfers may take up to three business days. 555d reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times. Withdrawals will only be made to payment methods registered in the account holder's own name.

5.5 Anti-Money Laundering

555d operates a zero-tolerance policy towards money laundering and financial crime. 555d reserves the right to freeze accounts and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder. All large or unusual transactions may be subject to enhanced scrutiny under 555d's AML programme.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the 555d sportsbook – including PSL cricket betting, T20 internationals, and other sporting events – are subject to the specific sports betting rules published by 555d. All casino games at 555d Casino are governed by individual game rules. By placing any bet or participating in any game, you agree to the applicable rules.

555d reserves the right to void any bet or game result in the event of a manifest error, technical fault, or in circumstances where 555d reasonably suspects fraudulent or collusive activity. Decisions of 555d regarding void bets are final and binding.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by 555d are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside the relevant offer. General bonus terms include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible users only and cannot be claimed in combination unless explicitly stated.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 555d platform:

• Operating more than one 555d Account.
• Using automated systems, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of fraudulent betting activity.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the 555d platform for personal gain.
• Engaging in any conduct that 555d reasonably believes to be connected with money laundering or financing of illegal activity.
• Using the 555d platform for any purpose prohibited under applicable law.

555d reserves the right to close accounts and void balances where prohibited conduct is detected or suspected, without prior notice and without liability to the user.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 555d platform – including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, source code, and databases – is the property of 555d or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any 555d content without the express written consent of 555d.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 555d, its officers, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the 555d platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

555d does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. 555d shall not be responsible for losses arising from technical failures, third-party payment processing delays, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money. 555d accepts no responsibility for financial losses incurred through use of the platform beyond what is required by applicable law.

11. Responsible Gaming

555d is committed to promoting responsible gaming. 555d provides the following tools to all registered users, accessible at any time from within the account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Loss limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.

• Cooling-off periods: Temporarily suspend account access for a defined duration.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently close your 555d Account and request exclusion from all future marketing communications.

13. Amendments
